Three Big Ten Teams Ranked in USTFCCCA Men's Preseason Rankings

Park Ridge, Ill. - Indiana, Minnesota and Penn State have been tabbed as top 25 teams by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association of America (USTFCCCA) in its 2011 men's preseason poll.

Penn State begins its season with a No. 8 ranking, the highest of any Big Ten team. Indiana also appears in the poll, checking in at No. 10, while defending Big Ten Indoor Champion Minnesota appears at the No. 16 spot.

The Big Ten men's indoor track and field season began on Dec. 10, with Ohio State competing in the Kent State Early Bird Meet, while seven teams compete this weekend and the remaining two open their 2011 slate on Friday, Jan. 14.
