Men's Track Athlete of the Week

Adam Harris, Michigan
Jr., Wheaton, Ill./North

Harris earned two individual titles on the track and picked up an additional win in the field, leading the Wolverines past Ohio State, 90-71, for the dual meet victory.  Harris crossed the finish line in the 60m. dash with a Michigan Indoor Track building record time of 6.65, hitting the NCAA provisional qualifying mark for the second-straight week.  The junior sprinter also broke the tape in the 200m. dash clocking in at 21.72.  Off the track, Harris leaped to a personal best in the long jump of 23-10 (7.26), to claim the event.  The Wheaton, Ill., native picks up his second-consecutive weekly accolade and third in his career.

Men's Co-Field Athletes of the Week

John Hickey, Iowa
Jr., Piermont, NY/Tappan Zee

Hickey provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships with a throw of 61-3 (18.67m.) in the shot put.  His first-place toss marks a collegiate best for Hickey and ranks second on Iowa's all-time top performers list.  The junior Hawkeye takes home his first career weekly honor

Jon Pullum, Purdue

Pullum hit another NCAA provisional qualifying mark for the second consecutive week with his first-place heave of 67-09.25 (20.66m.) at the Big Ten/SEC Challenge hosted by Indiana University.  Pullum still tops the conference performance list and ranks second in the country with his toss from last week (20.87m.).  Pullum picks up his second-straight Field Athlete of the week and as many in his career.
