Kevin Noschang, Indiana

Noschang earns his first career weekly honor after posting two goals against No. 9 Maryland and No. 2 UCLA. Noschang's goal against the Terrapins on Friday gave the Hoosiers a 1-0 lead as Indiana eventually settled for a 1-1 tie. On Sunday, the junior netted the game winner in the 75th minute to give his squad the upset victory over the Bruins. For his efforts, Noschang was named to the adidas/IU Credit Union Classic All-Tournament Team.

Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Eric Brunner, Ohio State
Sr., D, Dublin, Ohio/Scioto
Brunner takes home his second career Defensive Player of the Week award after helping the Buckeyes to a 1-0-1 record on the weekend, including a 1-0 upset of No. 13 West Virginia. Behind Brunner, the Ohio State defense held the Mountaineers and Syracuse scoreless, limiting the two teams to 12 combined shots, only two of which came on goal. A candidate for the M.A.C Hermann Trophy, the senior was named to the weekend's All-Tournament team.
