Offensive Player of the Week

Brad North, Northwestern
SO, F, The Woodlands, Texas/The Woodlands

North scored both goals in the second game of the Puma Soccer Classic in Nashville, Tenn. to give Northwestern a 2-1 win over Eastern Illinois.  The sophomore forward led the Wildcats to their third tournament title this season and picked up MVP honors along the way.

Co-Defensive Players of the Week

Conrad Taylor, Penn State
FR, GK, Colorado Springs, Colo./Liberty

Taylor receives his third consecutive nod, marking the first time since Indiana's Pat Noonan was tabbed for three straight weeks in 2001.  The freshman goalkeeper made two saves and allowed just one goal in a 2-1 overtime victory over Virginia Tech.  Taylor registered his second shutout of the season against previously unbeaten Akron, 4-0, as the Nittany Lions went on to claim the Penn State Nike Classic over the weekend.

Jay Nolly, Indiana
SR, GK, Littleton, Colo./Chatfield
Nolly recorded four saves against No. 14 Notre Dame as the Hoosiers shut out the Fighting Irish, 2-0.  At the New Mexico Classic, the senior keeper played tough, registering six saves in two games.  The Hoosiers lost 1-0 in double overtime against both No. 11 UC Santa Barbara and No. 14 (Soccer America) New Mexico.  For his efforts, Nolly was named to the All-Tournament Team.
