Indiana and Ohio State have earned Big Ten men’s soccer weekly honors, it was announced on Monday. Buckeye midfielder Austin McAnena takes home Offensive Player of the Week accolades, while Hoosier goalkeeper Luis Soffner garners defensive honors for the second straight week.
Offensive Player of the Week
Austin McAnena, Ohio State
M – Sr. – Laguna Niguel, Calif. – Santa Margarita Catholic
- Netted three goals on three shots for his first career hat trick in Ohio State’s victory over Butler (4-1)
- Notched an assist in the Buckeye’s double overtime contest against Michigan, tallying seven points for the weekend
- Earns the second weekly award of his career

- Earns the sixth weekly award of his career and third of the season
