Men's Soccer Player of the Week

Kevin Noschang, Indiana

Jr., F, Cincinnati, Ohio/Lakota West

Noschang netted a goal and racked up two assists in IU's 3-2 upset victory over No. 4 Notre Dame.  The junior leads the team in goals with five scores on the season.  Against Ohio State, the Cincinnati native placed two of his three shots on goal in a 0-0 double overtime tie. Noschang collects his second weekly honor of his career.

Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

Casey Latchem, Ohio State

Sr., GK, Perrysburg, Ohio/Perrysburg

Latchem chalked up seven saves in a 0-0 tie against No. 10 Indiana.  The Buckeye tri-captain served the Hoosiers their first shutout of the season.  Latchem's seven season shutouts are tied for most in the Big Ten, as he also moved into a second place tie for career shutouts at OSU with 19.  The senior goalkeeper owns a current unbeaten streak of 4-0-1.  Latchem is honored with his second career award.
