The conference office announced on Tuesday the fourth weekly men’s swimming and diving awards for meets through Oct. 27-Nov. 2. Indiana’s Titus Knight collected his second swimming honor in as many weeks while Minnesota’s Drew Brown and Wisconsin’s Michael Ross split the weekly diving award.

Men’s Swimmer of the Week:
Titus Knight, Indiana
Jr. - Austin, Texas - James Bowie

Hailing from Austin, Texas, Titus Knight found himself in familiar waters during Friday’s dual meet against the highly-touted Longhorns. Although Texas would eventually prevail with a favorable score of 170-140, Knight contributed four top-two finishes, including an NCAA qualifying mark for his Hoosier squad. Knight continued his win streak in the 200 free, posting an NCAA B cut of 1:37.91 in the process. In the 100 and 500 free, he touched the wall in 45.24 and 4:33.13, respectively -- good enough for a pair of second-place finishes. Knight then closed the day by teaming up with Ante Zoricic, Bryan Chovanec and Tyler Shedron to clock a winning time of 1:22.45 in the 200 freestyle relay. This is the second-consecutive weekly award for Knight, who collected his first laurel a week ago.

The Centennial, Colo., native posted NCAA Zone qualifying scores on both springboards while collecting a pair of top-three finishes. Brown began the meet in dominating fashion, cruising to a win on the three-meter board with a tally of 372.90 to better the competition by more than 25 points. He then notched a score of 310.58 in the one-meter event, good enough for third place. For his performance, Brown returns the weekly diving award to Minnesota for the first time since November of 2007.
