Minnesota's Mikey Ross was named Big Ten Diver of the Week.

  • Posted six first-place finishes to help Michigan to the team title at the Hawkeye Invitational last weekend
  • Placed first in the 50-yard freestyle (19.83), 100-yard butterfly (46.79), 100-yard backstroke (46.67), 200-yard freestyle relay (1:17.79), 200-yard medley relay (1:25.55) and 400-yard medley relay (3:08.97)
  • Also tied for second in the 100-yard freestyle (43.82)
  • All three of his relay times were NCAA automatic qualifying marks, while all four of his individual events were NCAA provisional qualifying marks
  • Earns the fourth weekly award of his career and second of the season

Jason Schnur, Ohio State
Sr. – Cincinnati, Ohio – Oak Hills 

  • Posted five first- and one second-place finish to help Ohio State to the team title at the OSU Invitational last weekend
  • Placed first in the 100-yard freestyle (43.31), 200-yard freestyle relay (1:17.84), 400-yard freestyle relay (2:53.15), 200-yard medley relay (1:26.79) and 400-yard medley relay (3:10.55) and second in the 50-yard freestyle (19.98)
  • His times in the 200-yard freestyle relay, 400-yard freestyle relay and 200-yard medley relay were NCAA automatic qualifying marks, while his times in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle and 200-yard medley relay were NCCA provisional qualifying marks.
  • Earns the second weekly award of his career

  • Placed first in the 1- (361.90) and 3-meter (374.55) diving events last weekend
  • Both event scores were NCAA Zone Diving qualifying marks
  • His score in the 1-meter event was the highest of any Minnesota diver this season
  • Earns the first weekly award of his career

  • All three of his times were NCAA provisional qualifying marks
