Kronauge earns Ohio State's Second Consecutive Weekly Honor

Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week Kronauge was a perfect 4-0 in singles and doubles competition in duals against No. 11 Wake Forest and No. 15 North Carolina over the weekend. Against the Demon Deacons, Kronauge teamed up with Drew Eberly to take down Wake's No. 44 duo of Mariusz Adamski and Carlos Salmon, 8-6. No. 6 Kronauge then defeated No. 64 Cory Parr in No. 1 singles in straight sets, 7-5, 6-3. The No. 3 Buckeyes won the dual overall, 5-1. In the second dual of the weekend, Kronauge teamed once again with Eberly in No. 3 doubles to earn a win over Clay Donato and Stefan Hardy of the Tar Heels, 8-7. He later defeated North Carolina's Stefan Hardy, 6-2, 6-0, in No. 1 singles. Ohio State remained undefeated upending North Carolina, 4-2. This is Kronauge's first weekly laurel.
