Czerwinski wins his second career Big Ten Athlete of the Week honor and first of the 2010 season. The Illinois senior scored a win for the Illini at No. 3 singles, defeating Florida’s Antoine Benneteau in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5. Czerwinski then teamed with Stephen Hoh at No. 1 doubles to knock off the No. 10 tandem of Benneteau and Alexandre Lacroix, 9-7, to help the Illini clinch the doubles point against the Gators. He improved his record to 6-2 at No. 3 singles this season and has won six of his last seven singles matches.
