Moneke helped propel the Buckeyes to a top-10 national ranking with a match-clinching victory against No. 30 Florida State.
The Ohio State freshman claimed a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 4 singles against the Seminoles' Chris Westerhof to seal the Buckeye victory. The Alten-Busick, Germany native earned the ninth win of his career.
This marks the first Athlete of the Week selection of Moneke's career. It is the first time a Buckeye has been awarded weekly laurel since Devin Mullings claimed the honors April 20, 2005.
