Mullings won all four of his matches at the top singles and doubles spots in a pivotal weekend of conference play, leading the third-ranked Buckeyes to shutouts of Purdue and ninth-ranked Illinois.

Against the Illini on Sunday (April 15), the OSU senior down the nation's fith-ranked singles player, Illinois' Kevin Anderson, in straight sets at the top singles spot. Mullings also teamed up with fellow senior Chris Klingemann to defeat the defending NCAA Champion doubles tandem of Anderson and Ryan Rowe.

With the victories, Mullings will complete his four years at Ohio State having never lost a dual match at home. The Buckeyes extended their home win streak to 53 matches, marking their fourth consecutive undefeated home season with the win over
Illinois. They are 12-0 and have outscored their opponents 90-1 at home this season.

The honor marks Mullings' second weekly distinction this season and the fourth of his career.
