Mullings becomes the second Buckeye to claim Athlete of the Week honors this year, after posting a 4-0 record last weekend against Michigan and Michigan State. In both matches, Mullings, ranked No. 52 in the ITA singles poll, played the No. 1 singles spot and at the No. 2 doubles position with partner Chris Klingemann. Mullings defeated Michigan's Brian Hung, 7-6, 6-1, and Michigan State's Andrew Formanczyk, 6-4, 6-2.  Against the Spartans, Mullings and Klingemann clinched the doubles point at No. 2 after an 8-2 decision against Michigan State's Brian Compton and Adam Monich.  That win came a day after their 9-7 win over Michigan's Josef Fischer and Ryan Heller.

This is Mullings' first career Athlete of the Week award.
