- Defeated Gicomo Miccini (7-5, 7-6 [5]) of Arizona in the quarterfinal following wins over Andrew Butz (6-1, 5-7, 6-3) of Florida and Chris Thiemann (1-6, 6-1, Ret.) of Ole Miss, who was the No. 3 seed in the draw, in the first and second rounds, respectively
- Teamed with Mathieu Froment to defeat Arizona’s Miccini and Andre Vidaller (8-3) to advance to the semifinal round of the doubles draw
- Earns the first weekly award of his career
