Swenson earns the Athlete of the Week award after winning the javelin competition at the Jim Click Shootout in Tucson, Ariz., over the weekend.  The senior was the only competitor to record a distance over 200 feet, as he launched a throw of 204-6 (62.33m).  The Billings, Mont., native won the event by nearly eight feet and qualified for the NCAA Regional Meet in May.

This is Swenson's first weekly accolade of his career.
