MEN'S CO-TRACK & FIELD ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Dominique Worsley, Illinois
FR, Manchester, N.H./Central

Worsley earns the first weekly laurel of his career after recording two NCAA regional qualifying marks at the Spec Towns Invitational last weekend. The freshman began the day by claiming the 100-meter title, clocking in with a personal-best time of 10.50 seconds. He continued his career-best performance in the 200-meters, running his fastest time of the season in 20.95 seconds and finishing second. The Manchester, N.H., native also helped the Illinois 4x400-meter relay squad bring home the event crown after crossing the finish line in 3:11.10.

Ryan Ketchum, Indiana
SR, Hutchinson, Kan./Trinity

Ketchum has been named Athlete of the Week for his performance at the Indiana Relays last weekend. The senior met two NCAA regional qualifying standards and brought home one individual title. In the shot put, he  threw for a distance of 59'01 1/2" (18.02 meters), which was good enough for first place, before claiming third in the discus with a toss of 171'02" (52.17 meters). This is the first weekly accolade of his career. Ketchum is the first Hoosier to receive weekly outdoor honors since Aarik Wilson garnered the laurel on May 2, 2005.
