TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Demi Omole, Wisconsin

Omole receives his third career weekly honor and his second of the season for his performance in the Drake Relays over the weekend. The senior became just the second athlete in the history of the event to win four consecutive titles in the men's collegiate 100-meter dash, clocking in at 10.21 to qualify for NCAA Regionals. Omole's time is the best in the Big Ten this season and the fifth-fastest in NCAA Division I. Omole also ran a leg on the 4x200-meter relay squad that set a school record at 1:23.88.

Hamilton earns his first career outdoor honor after posting a collegiate-best toss of 222'02" in the hammer throw at the Drake Relays over the weekend. The throw is currently the farthest in the Big Ten this outdoor season and is the eighth-best in the nation.
