The University of Iowa and the Francis X. Cretzmeyer Track will play host to the 2011 Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships, scheduled to begin today and run through Sunday. Minnesota looks for its third consecutive conference title, after totaling 145 points in winning its seventh conference title last season. Wisconsin was second with 124 points and Ohio State was third with 115.

Competition begins today at 11 am CT starting with the men's pole vault and ends at 9:15 pm CT with the women's 10,000-meter run.
