Forty-Two Big Ten Competitors Take Home Top-Eight Finishes

The Big Ten concluded the final day of the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with 10 top-eight finishes. In the team standings, the Wisconsin men and Penn State women led the way, finishing tied for ninth and 12th, respectively.

Big Ten Claims Two Event Titles On Day 3 of Competition

Two event titles highlighted Day 3 of the NCAA Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Ore, as Michigan State's Leah O'Connor took home the 3,000-meter steeplechase crown and Nebraska's Miles Ukaoma claimed the 400-meter hurdles title. 2014 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships Are Now Underway

The 2014 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships are now underway at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Ore. The Big Ten will be well-represented at the event, which runs today through Saturday, as 116 student-athletes from all 11 conference men's and women's outdoor track & field teams are set to compete in the national meet. 2014 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships Begin Wednesday

The Big Ten will be well-represented at the 2014 NCAA Championships this week, as 116 student-athletes from all 11 Big Ten men's and women's outdoor track & field teams are set to compete at the national meet. The four-day event, held in Eugene, Ore., at the University of Oregon, begins Wednesday and concludes on Saturday.

The championships get underway at Noon PT on Wednesday, while Thursday's competition begins at 11 a.m. Friday's action starts at 11:30 a.m., and Saturday's events begin at 12:30 p.m. ESPN3/ESPNU will broadcast the majority of the meet, with supplementary webcasting on Pac-12 Live Stream.
