Ellerton recorded the nation's second-fastest time of the season in the 800-meter run at the Len Paddock Invitational, clocking a personal-best 1:46.56. The sophomore also registered a new Ferry Field record with his performance, shaving 0.56 seconds from the previous record, which stood as U-M's outdoor facility record for 16 years. It is Ellerton's first weekly League honor this season.
