Marion was named Big Ten Wrestler of the Week for the first time in his career after recording a win in the 141-pound bout in No. 1 Iowa's 19-16 victory over No. 4 Oklahoma State on Saturday night. Marion, who is unranked, took on the fourth-ranked grappler in the 141-pound weight class, Jamal Parks. After a scoreless first period, the sophomore escaped to start the second stanza, then scored a takedown to take a 3-0 lead into the third frame. Parks could not escape as Marion won by a 4-0 decision, improving his record to 12-2 on the season.
