Lance Palmer, Ohio State
Sr., 149, Columbia Station, Ohio/St. Edward

Palmer helped the No. 4 Buckeyes to a 21-14 victory over No. 13 Penn State on Sunday. In the 149-pound bout featuring a pair of top-five grapplers, it was the third-ranked Palmer who came away with a 5-3 decision over Penn State's Frank Molinaro, ranked fifth nationally. An early first-period takedown and a reversal in the third period gave Palmer the lead for good as he tallied his third win over a top-10 opponent this season and earned his first Big Ten Wrestler of the Week honor.
