Through Sunday, the Big Ten will highlight the student-athletes nominated for the conference's Athlete of the Year awards. Award winners are voted on by a pre-selected media panel and will be announced on Monday, June 23, at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT on BTN.

Tony Ramos - Iowa - Wrestling

Ramos won the NCAA and Big Ten championships at 133 pounds during his senior season, posting an overall record of 32-2, with a team-high 12 pins. He was undefeated in eight Big Ten duals and finished the season with 18 straight wins, including five in a row against ranked opponents at the NCAA tournament. He scored bonus points in 19 of his 32 wins, and led Iowa with 76 dual points scored. Click HERE for more information on Tony.
