The Purdue women's basketball team has stayed involved in the community by participating in functions such as the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk and by visiting local institutions like the Veterans' Home.

Pictured at right is junior Carol Duncan, who was one of seven Boilermakers to join head coach Kristy Curry for a trip to the Home on Veterans' Day 2004.
