Poling led the Buckeyes in the EMU Classic as she clocked a time of 18:40.0 for the 5,000-meter course to place fourth overall. Poling's effort followed up a strong showing at the previous week's All-Ohio Invitational, where she placed 14th with a time of 18:57.7.
