Penn State, Wisconsin Earn First Men's Cross Country Weekly Honors

PARK RIDGE, Ill. - Penn State's Vince McNally and Wisconsin's Michael Brice have been tabbed as the Big Ten men's cross country Co-Runners of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday. McNally helped the Nittany Lions earn first place at the Lock Haven Dolan Duals, while Brice led the No. 7 Badgers to a first-place performance at the Badger Classic.
Big Ten Men's Cross Country Co-Runners of the Week
Penn State's Vince McNally earns Big Ten Co-Runner of the Week honors after taking first place in the Lock Haven Dolan Duals 6K on Friday, finishing in 18:09. McNally finished the race three seconds ahead of the second-place finisher, helping the Nittany Lions earn first place. The first-place performance marks the best individual finish of the junior's career.

Wisconsin's Michael Brice takes home Big Ten Co-Runner of the Week laurels after finishing in first place at the Badger Classic 8K on Friday. Brice paced the seventh-ranked Badgers as they claimed the top five spots in the results. The freshman crossed the tape in 25:05, marking his personal best in the 8K.
