Huprikar earns the final Runner of the Week award of 2006 after turning in a sixth-place finish in the field of 60 at the EMU Classic last week.  The Novi, Mich., native was the first to cross the finish line for the Spartans at the unscored meet.  Running the 10,000-meter run in 32:29.00, the finish marked Huprikar's best performance of his career.
