The 2004 Big Ten Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships was hosted by the University of Iowa on October 31 on the Ashton Cross Country Course in Iowa City.
The Michigan women ran to their third consecutive Big Ten Championship in 2004, while freshman Danette Doetzel won the women's individual title.
