BIG TEN WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Wisdom-Hylton led the Boilermakers to a pair of wins last week, helping her team move into a tie for second in the conference standings. The senior registered a pair of double-doubles as Purdue downed Iowa at home, 60-49, and edged Northwestern in an overtime contest on the road, 67-57. Against the Hawkeyes, Wisdom-Hylton tallied 14 points, shooting 50 percent (7-of-14) from the floor, also grabbing 10 rebounds with three assists, three blocks and five steals. Versus the Wildcats, she racked up a season-high 22 points on 10-of-16 (.625) shooting with 10 boards, five assists, five blocks and three steals. Her double-doubles accounted for her fourth and fifth this season and the 16th and 17th in her career. Wisdom-Hylton's performances upped her career totals to 1,361 points and 267 steals, which both rank first in the Big Ten among active players. She also increased her career numbers to 784 rebounds and 256 blocks, which each place second. The award is the second of the season for the Naperville, Ill., native and the third of her career.
