Orban filled up the stat sheet in Northwestern’s 70-60 win over Toledo last week, recording a double-double to earn her first Big Ten Player of the Week honor. She finished with 20 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the floor and 11 rebounds, five of which were on the offensive end. She added five assists and three steals to help Northwestern finish the non-conference season with an 11-2 mark and an undefeated home record thus far this season.

Freshman of the Week:
Courtney Moses, Purdue
5-7, G, Sweetser, Ind./Oak Hill

Moses was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week for the third time this season after averaging 13 points and five assists to help Purdue to a pair of wins last week. Against Southern Illinois, the freshman recorded a game-high 18 points and six assists, chipping in two steals, in the Boilermakers’ 75-36 victory. In a road win against Gardner-Webb, Moses totaled eight points with four assists, three rebounds and a steal.
