Offensive Player of the Week
Leticia Fragapane, Ohio State

Fragapane claims her first Player of the Week laurel after notching six goals in three games. After opening the week with a goal against Ball State, Fragapane erupted for a career-best four goals in the Buckeyes' 6-1 victory over No. 9 Michigan. She scored twice in the first half against the Wolverines, including the gamewinner and completed the hat trick early in the second half, while then adding another goal in the final 10 minutes. The Mendoza, Argentina native closed out the weekend notching a goal against No. 10 Iowa to give the Buckeyes a 2-0 record in league action for the first time since 2001. Fragapane, who entered the 2005 season with just four career goals and 13 career points, currently ranks second for the Buckeyes in goals (7) and fourth with 16 points.
Defensive Player of the Week
Curlyne Wynn, Ohio State
Jr., M, Trincity, Trinidad and Tobago/North Eastern College
Wynn picks up Big Ten weekly honors after leading a Buckeye defense that shut down all three opponents last week, holding two squads to one goal and Iowa to two scores. In Big Ten play, Ohio State held its league opponents to just 13 shots in the two games combined with the Hawkeyes getting four shots total and just two on goal. Wynne collects her second career Player of the Week laurel as she was also honored on Sept. 13, 2004.
