Mueller scored the game-winning double-overtime goal against Michigan State on Saturday to lead the Buckeyes to its first outright title in program history. Mueller's goal in the 89th minute was her second overtime gamewinner and third game-winning goal of the season. It also increased her season goal total to nine, tying her career high. The Zuerich, Switzerland, native claims her fourth offensive weekly laurel as she was also honored Oct. 16, 2006, Aug. 28, 2006 and Oct. 18, 2004.
Defensive Player of the Week
Haley Exner, Indiana

Exner led Indiana to a 1-0 upset over No. 7 Penn State to earn Defensive Player of the Week accolades. The junior goalkeeper recorded five saves, while picking up her fourth shutout win of the season. Led by Exner, the Hoosier defense prevented the Nittany Lions from scoring even though PSU outshot Indiana, 13-5, and outcornered the Hoosiers, 8-5. The San Diego, Calif., native claims her fifth weekly laurel as she was also honored earlier this year on Oct. 2 and three times during the 2005 season (Sept. 12, Oct. 3 and Oct. 17).
