In her first match of the spring season, Metzendorf took home individual champion honors.  Her three-round average of 77 - Metzendorf finished eight-over-par (224) with a low round of 71 - helping to lead her Hawkeye squad to the team title.  This is the first career weekly accolade for the Florida native.
