Obermueller tied her career single-round low (73) in the Wisconsin-Minnesota Cup this past week.  The UW junior led the Badgers to a 13.5 to 4.5 match-play victory over the Golden Gophers at the Westbrook Village's Lakes Course in Phoenix, Ariz.

The Badgers earned the victory in their first match-play competition under second-year head coach Todd Oehrlein. Wisconsin won two matches by shutout while Minnesota managed more than one point in just one match.

This is Obermueller's first career Big Ten Golfer of the Week selection and the Badgers' first since Malinda Johnson on March 24, 2004.
