Teresa Puga tied for first at the UCF Challenge over the weekend, leading No. 42 Minnesota to a third-place finish at the event en route to the third Big Ten Golfer of the Week honor of her career. Puga and the Golden Gophers put together a weekend for the records books, as the senior's 54-hole total of 208 broke the previous school record and her third-round score of 66 tied for the lowest round in Minnesota history. Her efforts also led the Gophers to the lowest 54-hole team total in program history. Puga's record-tying third round came on the heels of a 70 in the first round and a 72 in the second.
