Purdue leads after two rounds at the 2010 Big Ten Women’s Golf Championships, firing a 282 in round two. The Boilermakers finished Friday with a team total of 571 and take a 15-stroke lead into Saturday’s third round. Michigan State is second (586) and Ohio State is third (587).

Michigan’s Ashley Bauer set a Big Ten and tied the course 18-hole record after shooting a 65 in the second round. Heading into the third round, Bauer is seven-under par, one stroke ahead of Michigan State’s Laura Kueny and Purdue’s Maude-Aimee LeBlanc.
