The final round of the Big Ten Women’s Golf Championships is underway at the Pete Dye Course. Through two rounds, Michigan State and Ohio State sit in first (598), followed by Northwestern (608), Illinois (612) and Penn State (614).

Michigan State and Ohio State finished the second round of the Big Ten Women’s Golf Championships atop the team leaderboard, holding a score of 598 for the championships. Northwestern finished in third (608), followed by fourth-place Illinois (612) and fifth-place Penn State (614).

Through two rounds, Ohio State’s Zoe-Beth Brake and Jessica Porvasnik sit in first (+1), followed by Michigan’s Grace Choi (+5) and Michigan State’s Allyssa Ferrell (+5). 

The final round of the championships is set to begin at 8 a.m. ET on Sunday.

Ohio State begins the day atop the leaderboard (301), followed by second-place Nebraska (+14) and third-place Michigan State (+17). Penn State (+18) and Northwestern (+19) sit in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

Ohio State closed out the first round of the Big Ten Women’s Golf Championships in first place in the team standings. The Buckeyes shot a team total of 301 at the Pete Dye Course, followed by second-place Nebraska (+14) and third-place Michigan State (+17). Penn State (+18) and Northwestern (+19) sit in fourth and fifth place, respectively. Nebraska’s Cassidy Stelzmiller sits atop the leaderboard with an even-par 72, followed by Ohio State’s Jessica Porvasnik (+1) and Zoe-Beth Brake (+2) and Michigan State’s Allyssa Ferrell (+2).

The 2014 Big Ten Women’s Golf Championships is underway at the Pete Dye Course in French Lick, Ind. The course will feature a par-72, 6,017-yard format for the championships.

Saturday’s second round will also begin at 9 a.m., while Sunday’s third round will tee off at 8 a.m.
