Michigan State and Ohio State Share 2014 Big Ten Women's Golf Championship

Michigan State won its sixth Big Ten title, while Ohio State secured its 12th Big Ten Championship.
Ohio State's Jessica Porvasnik won the individual Big Ten title, shooting an even-par 216 (73-72-71). The Buckeyes' Zoe-Beth Brake finished second (219), followed by Northwestern's Hana Lee in third (220) and Wisconsin's Brooke Ferrell, who finished fourth (221). Michigan State's Allyssa Ferrell placed fifth (224), while Illinois' Ember Schuldt took sixth (225). All six student-athletes earned a spot on the Big Ten All-Championships team.
Porvasnik was also honored with the Mary Fossum Award, honoring the conference's player with the lowest stroke average (73.21) relative to par this season.
