After 36 holes at the 2009 NCAA Women’s Golf Championships, Purdue fronts the Big Ten group, holding down the tied for ninth position.  The Boilermakers have a two-round total of 606 (+31) with team captain Maria Hernandez tied for sixth with a 146 score (+2).  Michigan State is not far behind as the Spartans are tied for 13th place with a 36-hole score of 610.  Ohio State rounds out the conference contingent in 23rd place with a tally of 634 (+58).
