Gymnast of the Week
Kylee Botterman collects her fifth Big Ten Gymnast of the Week award of 2011 after posting a perfect 10.0 on the vault and winning her sixth all-around title this season for No. 8 Michigan against No. 2 Stanford and No. 9 Nebraska on Sunday. Botterman's performance on the vault marked the first 10 by any gymnast in the country this season and the second in her career. She also earned a first-place finish in the floor exercise (9.900) and took third place on the uneven bars (9.900) and balance beam (9.825) en route to first in the all-around (39.625). With the award, Botterman ties Penn State's Brandi Personnett, who won the honor five times in 2010, for most weekly awards in a season.
