ROSEMONT, Ill. – This weekend’s schedule has a primarily nonconference feel to it, with only one conference dual meet on the calendar when Michigan State visits Illinois on Friday evening. Iowa and Maryland will both compete in the George Washington Five Meet in the nation’s capital on Friday along with GW, Pittsburgh and William & Mary, while Michigan hosts North Carolina State. Nebraska will get the weekend started on Friday afternoon with a quad meet hosted by Lindenwood, with Brown and Seattle Pacific.
On Saturday, Minnesota travels to Denver for a rematch of their opening dual of the season against the Pioneers, while Ohio State welcomes West Virginia to Columbus. The Hawkeyes return to action on Sunday with a dual meet at second-ranked LSU. Rutgers travels to the Windy City for a dual with UIC on Sunday afternoon, while Penn State heads for Texas and a quad meet with Sacramento State, Texas Woman’s University and Western Michigan.
