Williamson was named Co-Gymnast of the Week after taking the beam title and tying for first place on the vault, while helping the Hawkeyes to a first-place finish at the Texas Women's Quad Meet last weekend. She scored a season-best beam score of 9.900, while also tying for first on the beam with a 9.900. In addition, Williamson posted a second-place showing on the floor (9.800).

Hoover shares Gymnast of the Week after claiming her second all-around title of the year with a season-high 39.325 to aid Penn State in turning in its highest score of the year. She picked up her second beam crown of the season with a career-high 9.975, just shy of the school-record 10.00. The Dublin, Ohio, native, is just one of five athletes to score a 9.975 or higher on the beam and the first since the 2003 season. Hoover also completed her first top-five finish on the vault with a 9.825, her second highest score in the event this season, while also claiming seventh on the bars (9.750).
