Minnesota's Lindsay Mable was named Freshman of the Week.

Sr. – Plainsboro, N.J. – West Windsor Plainsboro South 

  • Posted first-place finishes in every event en route to the all-around title (39.625) at the Illinois Classic last weekend
  • Recorded the second perfect 10 in program history on vault and broke her Illini record all-around score   
  • Placed first on the vault (10.000), uneven bars (9.900), balance beam (9.800) and floor exercise (9.925)
  • Collects the fourth weekly award of her career and third of the season

Event Specialist of the Week
Madison Merriam, Penn State
Sr. – Gaithersburg, Md. – Magruder   

  • Posted a career high on the vault (9.950) en route to the event title in No. 16 Penn State’s dual meet victory over No. 19 Kentucky last weekend
  • Also tied for first in the floor exercise (9.925) and second on uneven bars (9.875)
  • Her score on the uneven bars matched a career high
  • Earns the second weekly award of her career

Freshman of the Week

  • Posted four top-six finishes en route to the all-around title (39.525) in No. 14 Minnesota’s dual meet victory over No. 20 Ohio State to help the Gophers clinch a share of the inaugural regular-season Big Ten Championship
  • Placed first in the floor exercise (9.950) and on vault (9.950), tied for fourth on uneven bars (9.825) and sixth on balance beam (9.800)
  • Her all-around total and vault score were personal bests
  • Picks up the sixth weekly award of her career
