Gymnast of the Week
Kylee Botterman, Michigan
Jr., New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln-Way Central

Botterman was named Big Ten Gymnast of the Week for the second time this season after winning the all-around competition in the Wolverines dual against Alabama in Tuscaloosa over the weekend. The junior’s all-around score of 39.550 was tops among a field of eight All-Americans, and she finished in the top three in three events. She finished first on vault with a 9.950, was third on balance beam with a 9.900 and was third on uneven bars with a 9.875. Botterman finished the regular season with three vault titles and seven all-around crowns this season.

Freshman of the Week
Sharaya Musser, Penn State
Colorado Springs, Colo./Pine Creek

Musser wins her third Big Ten Freshman of the Week award of the season after winning two event titles and finishing second in the all-around in Penn State’s dual against Nebraska over the weekend. The freshman won the vault and uneven bars competitions, scoring a 9.950 on the vault and a 9.900 on her bars routine. With a third-place score of 9.850 on floor and a 9.250 effort on the balance beam, Musser finished second in the all-around with a score of 38.950.
