Two Big Ten teams and five individual conference gymnasts will compete in the NCAA Women's Gymnastics Championships on April 15-17 in Cleveland. Illinois and Michigan each earned automatic berths to the championships after placing in the top two in their respective regionals, while five other gymnasts secured spots by virtue of their all-around finishes or event titles.

After earning the No. 2 seed in the Ann Arbor Regional, the Wolverines took first place in their home arena. The third-seeded Fighting Illini placed second at the Tuscaloosa Regional en route to their second NCAA Championships bid.

The two Big Ten squads will be joined by five conference gymnasts in Iowa's Houry Gebeshian and Rebecca Simbhudas, Minnesota's Kayla Slechta, Ohio State's Rebecca Best and Penn State's Sharaya Musser. Gebeshian, Simbhudas, Slechta and Musser each earned berths at the championships based on their all-around finishes at the NCAA Regionals, while Best won the balance beam title at the Ann Arbor Regional to lock up her spot.

Two six-team semifinals will take place on Friday at Noon and 6 p.m. ET. The top three teams from each semifinal will advance to Saturday's Super Six Team Finals, which begin at 4 p.m. ET. Sunday will feature the individual event finals with competition kicking off at 1 p.m. ET.
