Michigan State's Beth Rohl and Purdue's Leah Eber recorded top five finishes on Friday at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Nampa, Idaho. Eber placed third in the long jump (6.43 meters), while Rohl tallied a distance of 20.20 meters in the weight throw. Illinois' Ashley Spencer placed sixth in the 200 dash with a time of 23.34.
Additionally, three student-athletes qualified for the finals in their respective events slated for today. Michigan's Rebecca Addison (800 run) and Shannon Osika (mile) earned invites to the finals, while Ohio State's Christina Manning is slotted for the 60 hurdles and 60 dash.
