Michigan State's Sarah Adelaine claimed the shot put and weight throw titles at the Harold Silverston Invitational in Ann Arbor, Mich., to earn a share of the final indoor weekly accolades of 2004. The senior recorded a toss of 57-5 (17.5m) in the weight throw and hurled the shot put 49-9 1/4 (15.17m). It is Adelaine's first Conference weekly honor this season.

Lofton won the weight throw with an NCAA automatic qualifying distance of 67-4 (20.52m) at the Scarlet and Gray Invitational at Ohio State to share final indoor honors of the 2004 season. Lofton also finished third in the shot put with a heave of 48-2 3/4 (14.70m). It is Lofton's first weekly accolade of the season.
