Taylor Cummings, Maryland

• Scored four goals and added a pair of assists in the Terrapins’ season-opening win over William & Mary
• Recorded a first-half hat trick
• Scored her four goals on just six shots, and recorded four ground balls and a career-best five caused turnovers
• Earns her sixth career Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honor

Defensive Player of the Week
Emi Smith, Penn State

• Recorded nine saves in the Nittany Lions’ season-opening win over Lehigh
• Posted a save percentage of 60.0 percent after stopping 9-of-15 shots faced
• Made six saves in the second quarter
• Collects her fourth career Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honor
