Rosemont, Ill. – The final month of the regular season pushes forward with six contests this week, including three conference match-ups. On Tuesday, Michigan hosts Niagara in a nonconference game, while on Wednesday, No. 1 Maryland hits the road for a top-20 contest at No. 18 Virginia.
On Thursday, Ohio State welcomes No. 17 Northwestern to Columbus for a 7 pm ET game that will be televised live on the Big Ten Network.
The week concludes with a Saturday tripleheader, as Johns Hopkins hosts Michigan, No. 6 Penn State hosts No. 18 Virginia, and Rutgers hosts the top-ranked Terps.
Penn State currently sits atop the conference standings with a 3-0 league mark, where they are joined by Maryland and Northwestern with 2-0 conference records. Rutgers sits alone in fourth with a 1-1 record, while Michigan is in fifth at 1-2. Johns Hopkins and Ohio State round out the standings with 0-3 marks midway through their conference schedules.
