Three Big Ten Teams Earn Top-10 Finishes at NCAA Rowing Championships

GOLD RIVER, Calif. - Three Big Ten teams placed in the top 10 at the NCAA Rowing Championships, which concluded on Sunday afternoon. Michigan State took seventh place to lead all conference teams, followed by Wisconsin in ninth and Ohio State in 10th. Michigan placed 13th to round out the Big Ten contingent.
The Spartans finished sixth in the first varsity eight grand final while the Buckeyes took fourth in the second varsity eight final. The Badgers' first varsity four took fifth in the grand final.
Brown took home the national title, while Stanford finished second and California took third.
